Steak Stew

3-4 cans of whole potatoes
2 cans of vegetable beef soup
1 cheap cut of steak

Combine all ingredients with 1 can of water in crock-pot and cook 6-8 hours on high (mine usually cooks 8 only because I get it the crock-pot early so I don't have to worry about it later) or until steak is done.

Crock-Pot Pulled Pork

2lbs Pork Loin
1 1/2 cup Onions
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup diet soda

Place pork loin in crock-pot. Mix the onions, diet soda and bbq sauce in a separate bowl. Then pour over loin. Cook on high for at least 4-6 hours or until loin in done and then I shred the loin and keep it cooking in the crock pot for at least an hour (you don't have to do this step, I do this do it can absorb the bbq mixutre). Then remove from pot and I add more bbq sauce before I serve it.

Hope you enjoy!

Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Here is the recipe that I use:

5lbs of potatoes
1-2.5lb ham precooked (or sometimes if we have ham I will use the leftovers to make this)
2-cans of cream of chicken
1-8oz package of cheese (I use mild cheddar)
Milk

Slice potatoes and layer the bottom of the crock-pot.
Then slice the ham into cubes and layer that on top of potatoes.
Then sprinkle cheese on top of ham.
Continue layering until you fill crock-pot ending with cheese.
Spread the 2 cans of cream of chicken over the top.
I fill one of the cans of cream of chicken almost full and pour it on top.

Cook on high for at least 6 hours or until potatoes are soft.

(This is also good the next day!!)
